Day 7 – Go to bed at 10 pm Sleep for Wellness
One of the most beneficial wellness habits you can embrace requires so little effort that you do it lying down!
Sleeping is one of the simplest, yet most impactful ways we can restore and rejuvenate our bodies. Getting enough sleep on a nightly basis provides both mind and body the energy needed to function at optimal levels each day.
A bedtime of 10 pm gives most of us the chance to get those hours and still start the day with some “me-time” before work or other responsibilities kick in. Experiment with what works best for you and see how you feel the next day!
Need a little help winding down for a restful night’s sleep? Try a few of these self-care tips:
Soothing Aromatherapy. Spray a few mists of calming Chamomile Body Spray on your body and sheets to set the stage for restful slumber.
Clear Your Mind. Jot down what’s on your mind to clear the way for relaxation and peaceful sleep.
Unplug. Turn off tablets, phones, and TVs at least 30-60 minutes before bed.
Tip: Set a “bedtime alarm” to remind you to start winding down, unplug, and get ready for a restful night.
