As someone new to retinol, I really appreciate the concentration level in this serum. I use 3x a week and it has already helped clear my skin and lighten my hyperpigmentation. You could also increase usage if you are a longtime retinol user, so it’s great for all stages.

I’ve only had this serum for a few days, so I can’t rate its long term effectiveness yet, but I can say I really like it! It’s very nicely packaged, and although I’m not the biggest fan of pump bottles for skin or hair care products, this one is both designed and operates very well.
The serum itself is a light yellow color and looks very creamy as opposed to like a serum, which in my experience is usually more oil-based. It has a very light scent that’s not overpowering or offensive at all. It absorbs VERY quickly into the skin with no residue – it doesn’t feel greasy or oily like many other serums I’ve tried.
I’ve been using retinol products regularly for a long time, so my skin is used to them, but with the two I’ve used the most, the next day I always had dry patches of skin that formed over any existing blemishes. I’ve used this daily for three days now and not only have the blemishes vanished, but there are ZERO dry patches anywhere on my face! This is essential for me, bc every time I see a dry patch or light scab covering what was previously a blemish, I’m compelled to peel it off. That constantly disrupts the healing process, so the fact that this serum eliminates the dry patches in the first place makes it a winner for me!
Again, I can’t rate how well it works on a long term basis yet, but based on how well the first three days have gone, I have a very good feeling about it! I’ll update this review after enough time has passed that I can see (or not see) the results.
It’s very $$$ for a serum, and although my brain wants to automatically assume that means it HAS to work, that’s not always the case, so TBD! I can say you get a lot of product for the $$$, and a little goes a long way, so it’ll last a very long time.
For right now, I’d recommend this serum if you’ve already been using retinol-based serums/products on your face as that makes it less likely that you’ll end up with dry/peeling skin or any of the other side effects of retinoids. I’m very impressed with it so far!

I love this retinol/hyaluronic acid serum. It works wonders! I notice that my skin is smoother, more plump, and is hydrated. The description says that it doesn’t have a scent, but it does. I like the smell. It’s light and almost citrusy?
Compared to other retinol products I’ve tried, it is on par. The price is also about the same. Not great, but average. I do recommend this product!
